Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided when a student has purchased the course less than 14 days ago (336 hours from the time of purchase) AND has watched less than 20% of it. It makes no difference whether you click the COMPLETE & CONTINUE button or not on the teachable platform.

It does not matter whether or not you watch the videos; the rule applies once you have accessed 20% of the modules in the course or if you purchased the program more than 336 hours ago. There are no exceptions!

Our refund policy is a "no questions asked" refund policy and we will happily grant you a refund as long as you have not watched more than 20% of the program AND have purchased the program no more than 336 hours ago (14 days).
